One day at a time





We can do this... :) One meal at a time. One snack at a time. It is all about making the right decision every time we decide to put something in our mouth. Is it good for us? How many calories does it contain? Will it help me lose weight ? How will it make me feel physically, mentally or emotionally?

Monday and Tuesday I ate less than 2000 calories and walked a 1.2 miles with a friend of mine. So far today I have had 120 calories and need to start drinking my water. Hope you have a good day and good luck on your weight loss activities. We can do it !!
