Home at last

On Thursday morning we pulled out of Gulfport Louisiana Home Depot. We waited and waited and waited between 10 am and 3pm and finally left for Slidell Louisiana to meet up with the other teams and wait for a rental van to be delivered to us. At 3pm we left Slidell Louisiana and drove until 7 am the next morning (Friday) and arrived in Columbia SC. My friend Truman and I stopped in a hotel for the morning and crashed and burned and took a hot shower and got something to eat at Fuddruckers in Columbia after we got the rental car. We got back to Charleston around 7pm last night and it was so good to sleep in my bed. I have some new photos to upload so be sure to check back soon.
