We got between 5 and 8 inches of rain today between 4pm and 6pm. As you can see in front of my car there is a LOT of water on the roads.

Here you can see the plaque that is dedicating the bridge. I will have a close up in a moment.  

My final resting point before decending back towards Mt Pleasant and my car. This is one of the decks where you can sit and relax and enjoy the view.
