Propeller on low idle today

Yesterday was Monday and I did more work in the first two hours than I have done since I have been here. LOL.. Imagine that, Maytag repairman had two systems to move out in the shop. Once I had that done I was off to lunch with a friend. My friend helped me to reunite ALL four of the M&M Car Mates. I was in dire straights since the Blue and Yellow Car Mates advised me earlier in the day that unless I found their sister they were on permanent strike. Luckily for me zoom zoom came to the rescue and found their GREEN M&M Carmate sister in Mt Pleasant and brought her to me.
Today has been pretty low key and therefore my propeller is at low idle today. The operations manager came into the server room looking for the laptop and digital projector this morning. I was surprised that he did not have me hook it up so I tracked him down and asked him if he wanted me to set it up for him. Imagine the surprise I got when he said " I did not know if you were supposed to do that and figured I had to do it myself". I quickly assured him that my job is to provide him with tech support and that includes anything that has to do with hardware/software/Internet connectivity issues and peripheral support. Once upon a time they were used to just grabbing Jay and telling him what needed to be done. Since then policy has changed and now they have to call the Global Support Help Desk every time they have a problem. I guess they are confused about what they can ask for from me personally vs the Help Desk. Nevertheless, I wanted to provide some value added assistance this morning without their having to hassle with the helpdesk and it only took me 10 minutes to set it up. Hopefully that will give kudos for James in the future.
As you can see I posted some photos in a new album with regards to the PUPPIES we are going to be giving away very very soon. If you ask me NOT soon enough. LOL... Katy and the kids have twisted my arm into keeping one of them to replace Sammy (our former loud mouth Terrier) who is the father of this litter.
My daughter , Kristina Lynn , also known as Princess Kristina has been using the new digital camera to take pictures of the puppies. I wanted to brag on her picture taking skills because she certainly got some pretty cute shots of these darling creatures. Way to go Kristina, good job girl!!
